“Although many of our Lifeline shops have wedding styles available all year, these edited collections make it easier for people to find everything they need in one area of the store,” says Angela Clark, Lifeline’s Regional Brisbane Business Manager.

“Of course, you can bring your Mum and your best friend along too and make it an even more fun, special experience.”

Some top tips for when you’re wedding dress shopping? “Leave your jewellery at home,” Angela advises. “Because earrings, rings, necklaces or bracelets can get caught in lace or delicate beading and it’ll make you feel stressed trying to untangle it,” she said.

Angela also suggests bringing some high heels in your bag as well as wearing nude underwear and a strapless bra – and bring some hair ties.

“If you have long hair, it’s a good idea to bring some hair ties or clips/bobby pins,” she advised. “Because if you think you might want to wear it up on your wedding day this will enable you to see what it could look like with the dresses or hair accessories you try on.”

Happy shopping!
